I have been praying in my understanding for you my sister, but the Holy Spirit hasn't dropped into my spirit anything "special" that I should be praying about with my understanding. Still, I am sure that your needs are covered when I pray with the Spirit (in tongues).
If you feel led by the Holy Spirit to share anything with me, I would be honored that you have taken me into your confidence.

P.S. Father, help me to be like a refreshing cup of cold water on a hot summer’s day to Rowena. You’ve put her in my life for a reason, so let me contribute as much encouragement, comfort, wisdom, accountability, and loyalty to our new friendship as You have given to me to share with her. Help me to reserve judgment and faithfully pray for her as we walk together heart to heart and hand in hand.
Now, I specifically ask that whatever troubling circumstances have weighed her down, if it is Your Will O Lord, deliver my sister right now, Whatever sickness has touched her body, if it be Your Will my Lord, heal her right now. Continue, O Lord, to be her shelter from the stormy blast of Satan’s weaponry. In Jesus name I pray and give thanks. Amen.
